Commercial Description:
Balcones Texas Rum is double-distilled from molasses in handmade copper pot-stills. Various oak types in different toast levels were used for its maturation – the distillery has used American, French, and European oak for their whiskey expressions. This overproof rum was a special release made available for purchase at their Waco, Texas distillery in 2013.
