Description
This quality-certified oil reflects the best of Umbrian olive oil tradition.
It comes from olives of the Moraiolo (no less than 60%), Leccino and Frantoio varieties harvested by hand and processed within 24 hours using a traditional cold extraction process.
Its high oleic acid (min. 76%) and polyphenol content make it a very high quality oil with a high degree of preservation.
