Commercial Description:
Distilled by Maestro Mezcalero Juan, (only 289 bottles released), this artisanal mezcal has an earthy and herbaceous profile. Made from Michoacns distinctive Cupreata varietal, locally known as Chino, this stunning agave takes roughly 8 to 10 years to mature before it can be harvested for mezcal production.
Mocel Mezcal is crafted using artisanal methods. We run limited batches of agave expression so no two batches are identical. Just like our mezcal, each ceramic bottle is crafted by Mexican artisans to be beautifully distinct.
