The Asaro family has been producing it in Partanna, Sicily, since 1916
2 Gold Medals and 1 Best of Class at the Los Angeles County Fair.
Monovarietal olive oil, obtained only from “Nocellara del Belice” olives, from the Province of Trapani, Sicily.
The Nocellara del Belice olive gives the oil a very rich aromatic profile, with hints of artichoke and almond and a peppery finish
Filtered extra virgin olive oil, produced only in October.
Very low acidity (usually around 0.3%)
Very versatile oil, which can be used as a condiment, dipping and even for cooking.
