Russian Imperial Stout: Our signature Russian Imperial Stout, aged in bourbon barrels for one year. Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace barrels created the bulk of this years blend. With big notes of almond, vanilla, and hints of toasted marshmallow. Year after year, Dark Apparition continues to surprise and inspire us. This batch is a touch sweeter with a bit more body and a comforting warmth. 12.5% ABV

Imperial / Double Porter: This imperial milk porter is brewed with vanilla beans, cacao nibs and candy cane dust to emulate our head brewers family holiday dessert. Caution, this beer just might inspire you to break out in matching holiday pajamas and start caroling. 11% ABV
(1) New Holland Dragon’s Milk Reserve: Rum Barrel-Aged Stout with Chocolate, Hazelnut, & Toasted Coconut
American Imperial / Double Stout: The first Reserve release of 2020 was aged for 3 months in rum barrels imported from Jamaica and finished on over 2,500 pounds of coconut, 1,000 pounds of toasted hazelnut, and 200 pounds of chocolate. The use of authentic ingredients enhances the flavors imparted by the barrel, including notes of rich molasses and sweet vanilla, without overpowering this delicious brew. 12.5% ABV

Russian ImperialStout: Cinnamon Chocolate Fudge Imperial Stout brewed with ancho peppers (no heat, slightly sweet raisin and smoky flavor) and a hint of vanilla, creating a unique, smooth blended flavor. 13% ABV

Imperial / Double Porter: Mocha Machine is a well-engineered endeavor in massive aromatics and rich flavors. Brewed with an array British and German malts, this burly brew is infused with masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa, CA. It is then aged on cacao nibs from Ecuador, adding an awesomely deep dimension of fudge. 9.2% ABV

(1) Perennial Coffee Stout (2020 Dark Matter Coffee)
American Imperial / Double Stout: For the full distribution batch, Tim and Phil selected a blend of two beans: The first is a washed coffee from the Santa Petrona farm in El Salvador. The second is from the San Jeronimo Miramar farm in Guatemala and was fermented with Bavarian Wheat Yeast.
Brewed with a malt bill comprised of a bevy of European specialty malt and loads of flaked oats. With this rich stout base, the coffee melds with the caramel and chocolate malts to bring forward layers of chocolate cake and freshly brewed coffee, all wrapped up with a smooth yet boozy finish. This beer reminds us of putting chocolate sauce in your morning coffee, late night diner hangs, and early morning stout brewshifts. 11.5% ABV
(1) Omnipollo Hypnopompa
American Imperial / Double Stout: Hypnopompa is our imperial stout brewed with almost 100 kilos of marshmallows and Tahitian vanilla beans (the size of cigars). Low carbonation and boiled a bit extra for good measure, this is a beer strictly for the stout inclined. 11% ABV
